Honey and mustard dressing is a real favourite of mine and it's very simple to make. I enjoy it with salads, such as the one pictured here of spiced carrot, feta and almond or drizzled over roast charlotte potatoes, rocket and parmesan.
1 tablespoon of runny honey
½ tablespoon of Dijon mustard
½ tablespoon of wholegrain mustard
2 tablespoons of cider vinegar
6 tablespoons of olive or rapeseed oil
